This beginner-friendly workshop costs just £45 (£40 members), and has the option of leading into weekly sessions.
Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Starting with Chi Kung, and basic training to introduce the Yang style short form. This is intended to provide an introduction for beginners and a chance to tidy up basics for more experienced students. Breaks every hour for 5 mins.
Wear comfortable clothes and soft, flexible footwear. Bring a drink and a snack.
